This is a healthier version of the famous Brazilian Cheese Bread.
Servings: 18-20 cheese breads (medium)
Nutrition per serving: 113 calories; 4g of protein; 4.6g of fat; 13g of carbohydrates; 2g of fiber.
Ingredients:
2 cups tapioca flour
1 cup of Nestle table cream or light sour cream (if the preference is for lesser calories)
½ cup of Garden of Life Chia and Flex Bend
1 scoop of Collagen Peptide (Vital Proteins or Garden of Life – I’ve tried both and they work perfectly!).
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of baking powder
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F degrees
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour the dough into 24 muffins pan (you can sprinkle some mozzarella or parmesan cheese, if you prefer),
3. and bake it for 15-16 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
