Chocolate Bites

This recipe serves 4 to 6 bites with low calories, it can be perfect for a snack.

Nutrition per serving: 8g of protein; 113 calories; 6g of fat and 2g of carbohydrates

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Garden of Life or Orgain Whey Protein (peanut butter chocolate flavor)

  • 4 Tbs of water

  • 4 squares of chocolate 70% (brand of your preference)

  • 1 Tbs of Garden of Life coconut oil

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Garden of Life Whey Protein with water, until a consistency of donut dough (the dough should be hard enough to make small balls).

  2. Wash your hands and don’t dry them, they need to be wet to make the balls with the dough.

  3. Make the balls and separate them.

  4. Melt the 4 squares of chocolate in the microwave with 1 tbs of coconut oil.

  5. When melted, immerse the bites, previously reserved, into the chocolate (preferably one at a time), and reserve. Leave them dry and bring them to be refrigerated for a couple of hours and enjoy!
