Crunchy Lettuce and Coleslaw Omelet

Nutrition per serving: 241 calories; 16.6g of protein; 9g of carbohydrates; 3.4g of fiber; 16g of fat.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs of sesame seeds

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup of coleslaw or cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 tsp of turmeric

  • 1 tbs of parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, setting the lettuce and coleslaw aside

  2. In a greased pan, add the sesame seeds and let it cook until golden brown

  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the lettuce and coleslaw

  4. Add the lettuce, coleslaw and cheese, and let them cook until no liquid is running across the pan.

  5. Fold the omelet, cooking both sides

  6. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious omelet that can be served with salad
