Fiber-Fueled Everything Bagel

Nutrition per serving: 256 calories; 27g of protein; 10g of carbohydrates;7.8g of fiber; 13g of fat.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Flax & Chia Blend

  • 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen

  • 1 tbs of almond flour

  • 1 tbs of psyllium

  • 1tsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tbs of hot water

  • 1 egg

  • 1tsp of baking powder

  • Everything bagle seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Add the wet ingredients first (eggs, apple cider vinegar and water)

  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix well

  3. Form a ball and make a hole (with your finger) in the middle

  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning

  5. Take it to an Air Fryer at 390 F degrees for 10 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
