Ingredients:
1 scoop of Garden of Life Flax & Chia Blend
1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen
1 tbs of almond flour
1 tbs of psyllium
1tsp of apple cider vinegar
3 tbs of hot water
1 egg
1tsp of baking powder
Everything bagle seasoning
Instructions:
Add the wet ingredients first (eggs, apple cider vinegar and water)
Add the dry ingredients and mix well
Form a ball and make a hole (with your finger) in the middle
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
Take it to an Air Fryer at 390 F degrees for 10 minutes
