Microwavable Bread in 90 seconds

Ingredients

·        1 tbs of almond flour

·        1 egg

·        2 tbs of yogurt (I used the coconut yogurt, no dairy, unsweetened)

·        1 scoop of Vital Proteins or Garden of Life Collagen Peptide (unflavored)

·        1 tsp of baking powder

·        A little sprinkle of cheese (if you prefer)

·        Salt and seasonings to taste.

 

Preparation:

Mix the egg, the almond flour, and the collagen peptide in a bowl. Add salt and other seasonings. Add the baking powder, mix slightly, and take to the microwave for 90 seconds, and it’s ready to be consumed as a delicious breakfast with a cup of coffee or the beverage of your preference.
