1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen
1 scoop of Garden of Life Flax & Chia Blend
1 handful of spinach
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of water
1tsp of baking powder
1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, setting the spinach aside
Take the mixture to a greased pan and cook until no liquid is running across the pan.
Add cheese, spinach and fold the frittata, cooking both sides
