Nutrition per serving: 341 calories; 30g of protein; 12g of fiber
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Orgain Organic Protein Peppermint Flavor
1 scoop of Orgain Organic Superfoods Immunity
3 tbs of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 egg
1 handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 handful of fresh or frozen cranberries
Water (about 1/3 cup)
1 or 2 tbs of Monk Fruit or sweetener of your choice
1tsp of baking powder
Instructions:
Add the wet ingredients first (eggs and milk)
Add the dry ingredients and mix well
Add the sweetener, the baking powder and combine well the ingredients.
Grease a small waffle maker and add a small ladle of the dough. When ready, make the second and third waffles following the same procedure.
For the topping:
In a small pan, add the cranberries, blueberries, monk fruit and water
Bring to a boil until it turns into a jelly
Pour on top of the waffles and serve.
