Power Brazilian Cheese Bread

Nutrition per serving: 46 calories; 3.5g of protein; 2.4g of fat; 2.7g of carbohydrates; 0.25g of fiber.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of tapioca flour

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Flax & Chia Blend

  • ½ cup of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour the dough into 12 muffins pan (you can sprinkle some mozzarella or parmesan cheese, if you prefer),

  3. Bake it for 18 minutes, until golden brown.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
