Ingredients:
1 scoop of tapioca flour
1 scoop of Garden of Life Flax & Chia Blend
½ cup of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 cup shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of baking powder
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven to 400 F degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour the dough into 12 muffins pan (you can sprinkle some mozzarella or parmesan cheese, if you prefer),
Bake it for 18 minutes, until golden brown.
