Protein Coconut Bites

Servings: 4-5 bites

 

 

Nutrition per serving: 5g of protein; 76 calories; 5g of fiber; 5g of fat and 4g of carbohydrates.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Whey Protein (vanilla flavor; you can also use the Orgain Whey Protein)

  • ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 2 squares of dark chocolate 70%

  • Water

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and add water until you can work with the dough to form balls.

  2. You will make 4-5 small balls. Leave them aside.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave slowly, that is, every 30 seconds and you will repeat this process 2 or 3 times until chocolate is melted.

  4. Immerse the balls into the chocolate and take them to be refrigerated for a couple of hours and enjoy!
