Protein-Packed Egg Bites

Nutrition per serving: 57.5 calories; 3.4g of protein; 4.45g of fat; 1g of carbohydrates; 0.5g of fiber.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Chia and Flax Blend

  • 1/2 cup of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1 scoop of Garden of Life MCT Powder (Dr. Formulated)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients

  2. Place them into a egg maker cups

  3. Cook it following the device's cooking instructions (approximately 9 minutes)

  4. You can sprinkle some muzzarella cheese on top

  5. Serve warm and enjoy these yummy little bites.
