Ingredients:
1 cup of pistachios (roasted and lightly salted; reserve some for topping)
½ cup of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
1 scoop of Garden of Life Collagen or ½ cup of Nestle Table Cream
2 tablespoons monk fruit or the sweetener of your preference
Instructions:
Place the pistachios in a food processor and process them for about 5 minutes, or until they form a smooth, creamy paste
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften.
Serve and top with reserved pistachios. Enjoy!
