Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Total Servings: 4

Nutrition per serving: 126 calories; 14g of protein; 10g of carbohydrates; 3.5g of fiber; 5g of fat.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Orgain Organic Protein Pumpkin Spice Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons of Libby’s Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/2 cup of Orgain Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1tsp of baking powder

  • 1 scoop of Orgain Whey Protein (chocolate flavor)

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Add the wet ingredients first (eggs and milk)

  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix well

  3. Add the sweetener, the baking powder and combine well the ingredients.

  4. Microwave it for 3 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix the Orgain Whey Protein (chocolate flavor) with water. Add water gradually until it forms a creamy topping

  6. Cover the muffins with the Whey Protein mixture

  7. Sprinkle with baking sprinkles to decorate.

  8. Enjoy!
